Production of copper concentrate in Armenia grew by 11.4% in 8 months

YEREVAN, 7 October. /ARKA/. Production of copper concentrate in Armenia rose by 11.4% to 202,087.6 tonnes in January-August 2024 compared to the same period last year,nbsp;the National Statistical Committee reported/pp/pp

At the same time, production of zinc concentrate grew by 23.2% to 7,019.0 tonnes, while production of molybdenum concentrate dropped by 29.3% to 11,407.7 tonnes./pp/pp

Some 2,932.8 tonnes of ferromolybdenum were also produced during the reporting period, down 44% from the six months of 2023. -0-/p
