Honda Launches Industry-First Unlimited Kilometers 7 Year Extended Warranty

Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) has announced the introduction of an Extended Warranty Program that offers Unlimited Kilometers coverage for up to 7 years, marking a significant development in customer service within the automotive industry. This initiative aims to provide car owners with greater peace of mind, regardless of how much they drive.

The Extended Warranty applies to the petrol variants of Honda’s current models, including the Elevate, City, City e:HEV, and Amaze. Additionally, petrol variants of other models such as the Civic, Jazz, and WR-V will be eligible if the customer enrolled in the Extended Warranty program earlier. This program underscores Honda’s commitment to enhancing the ownership experience by ensuring comprehensive protection for their vehicles.

This Extended Warranty Program with Unlimited Kilometers for up to 7 years guarantees that every customer can experience long-term protection, regardless of their driving pattern. Customers can opt for the 7-year Unlimited Kilometers Extended Warranty within two years of their car purchase, alongside other options that remain available until the end of the standard warranty. Existing customers who have an Extended Warranty until the 4th or 5th year can also extend their warranty up to 7 years or 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. Notably, the Extended Warranty is transferable, potentially adding value during the resale of the vehicle.
