Rumours suggest De Sanctis has ruled out a move to Palermo for Balotelli

Among the clubs speculated to be interested in Balotelli is Palermo.

However, Palermo’s sporting director, Morgan De Sanctis, has dismissed these rumours in an interview with Sportmediaset.

“We have worked all summer coordinating with the manager and the entire structure,” De Sanctis said.

“We have tried to build a competitive squad; the journey is long, and we remain hopeful.”

Regarding Balotelli, De Sanctis was unequivocal. “I say it was just journalistic speculation: in that position, we already have Brunori and Henry.”
