Vivek Oberoi says 'They know who they are'... as he clarifies his 2009 plastic remark; check deets
Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi grabbed a lot of attention with his plastic remark which he made in 2009. In a conversation with Farah Khan, Vivek made a remark about the film industry and the statement still haunts him. He had said, 'Our industry has more plastic than the company that makes Tupperware boxes'. Recently, the handsome star of Bollywood actor was asked about this infamous 2009 comment and he said that he was immature when he passed the statement.
In an interview with entertainment news portal India TV, Vivek Oberoi was again asked about the plastic remark that he made years ago. The actor said that it is not something to say out loud. He even added saying, 'They know who they are and you know it, too. The way I made this remark back then, it's been a while, now I am older and more mature'.
Vivek added saying that it is up to an individual whether or not they want to be plastic. He continued saying that, 'It's you who chooses to be real'. He said that some people become plastic because they fear that people would judge their real side, while some people might lack the strength to be real. Vivek said that others become plastic because they do not know any other way to survive. He said, 'They think this is how it is networking, pleasing people, lying to them behind their back. But, when you realize that all this is a waste of time, and being real is the ultimate satisfaction, you live in a meditative state and enjoy life'.
