Bagrat Galstanyan had no choice but to accept the offer to become a  candidate for prime minister:  Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan

This was stated by Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, the head of the chancery of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, at a meeting with journalists on September 17, while touching on the reasons for the temporary suspension of Galstanyan's spiritual service.
