Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh became parents to a baby girl on September 8 and announced the arrival of their little angel on their social media. Deepika and Ranveer are on the cloud nine these days. Deepika's mother Ujjala Padukone and sister Anisha Padukone were spotted in their car as they paid a visit to their daughter and the baby in the hospital. A day after Deepika's delivery, Ranveer's sister, Ritika Bhavnani also met them.

Ranveer Singh is eagerly waiting for his wife Deepika Padukone and their baby girl to come home. Well, a source quoted Bollywoodlife.com saying that Ranveer is ensuring that Deepika and his baby girl get the perfect welcome home. The perfect husband and now a doting father Ranveer has ensured that everything that the new mommy will need is all in place. However, Ranveer has to go home with wifey's favourite flowers which are roses and lilies. Ranveer wants to make sure that Deepika is comfortable and doesn't have to worry about a thing as she comes home from the hospital. This a big story in entertainment news.
Ranveer has taken a break from work for some time to be with Deepika and his baby. Apart from that, Deepika's family, her mother and sister Anisha Padukone, and Ranveer's mother and sister Ritika Bhavani will be taking care of the new mommy and the baby in the initial days. Deepika is a rooted person and she wants all the traditions and rituals to be followed as per Indian culture for her as well as for her baby.
Deepika and Ranveer had visited Mumbai's Siddhivinayak Temple a day before welcoming their baby.
Ranveer and Deepika walked down the aisle in November 2018 at Italy's Lake Como after dating for six years. The two met on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela and fell for each other. Deepika and Ranveer have shared screens in Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat films and will be seen in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again.
Deepika and Ranveer announced their pregnancy on Instagram. Deepika reportedly plans on resuming work in 2025 and wants to spend quality time with her baby. She was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD and a source told News18 Showsha that Deepika's maternity leave will last till March of next year. Post the break, she will start shooting for the sequel of Kalki along with Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Prabhas.
