Anupamaa: NO replacement for Sudhanshu Pandey? Makers planning to end Vanraj Shah's character? Here's what we know

Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna starrer Anupamaa has been in the news since a long time. Ever since Sudhanshu Pandey announced that he will not be playing Vanraj Shah in the show, fans have been disappointed. He was loved as Vanraj and even though the character was a grey shade one, it has a huge fan following. People did not want Sudhanshu to leave the show as Vanraj is one of the most important characters. Sudhanshu went live on Instagram and announced that he is leaving the show. He thanked everyone for loving him as Vanraj but also apologised for taking this sudden decision. He revealed that he has nothing more left to give to Vanraj and wanted to move on.

Post Sudhanshu Pandey's exit a lot was said about it. It was being said he left because of issues with Rajan Shahi and with Rupali. It was reported that he was removed for his attitude and a lot more. Sudhanshu recently clarified and called these rumours fake. After he left, there have been speculations that Pankit Thakkar or Ronit Roy might replace Sudhanshu as Vanraj.

Vanraj Shah will not return to Anupamaa?

However, both the actors have clarified that they are not playing Vanraj. We saw in the show that it has been shown Vanraj is missing and some men come home to search for him. They call him fraud and ask the Shahs to return their money.

There is no clarification on whether Vanraj will return or not and if he returns who will play the role. Now, a source close to The Fress Press Journal informed them that the makers are planning to completely omit the character of Vanraj Shah. The source shared that no one is replacing Sudhanshu Pandey yet because the character itself may not comeback.

However, there is still no confirmation on this and the makers of Anupamaa have been giving it a thought. It will be interesting to see what is in the store for Vanraj ahead.
