Malaika Arora's father Anil Arora passes away; dies by suicide

In a shocking turn of events, Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora's father Anil Arora has passed away. As per the reports coming in, Anil Arora died by suicide by jumping off the terrace of his building. The reason behind the suicide is yet to be known. The Bandra Police and Crime Branch team has reportedly reached the accident spot. The investigation is on in this matter. Nobody from the family has made any comments on the incident as yet.

Malaika Arora's parents Joyce Polycarp and Anil Arora separated when she was just 11-year-old. Amrita Arora was six-year-old and the two ladies moved in with their mother in Chembur. The actress in one of the interviews spoke about how her parents' separation was a difficult time for her. She was quoted saying, "I learned a rock-steady work ethic and the value of getting up each morning to do whatever it takes to become fiercely independent."
