The actor reportedly died in his sleep, and his death has left his fans and friends in shock. Vikas was taken to Cooper Hospital in Mumbai after he passed away, and it is believed that he suffered a cardiac arrest.

Vikas Sethi was a well-known face on Indian television, especially during the early 2000s. He gained fame for his portrayal of characters like Swayam Shergill in Kahiin To Hoga and Prem Basu in Kasautii Zindagi Kay. Over the years, Vikas appeared in many other TV shows such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Uttaran, Geet Hui Sabse Parayee, Gustakh Dil, and Sasural Simar Ka. He also had roles in films like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Deewaanapan.

His sudden passing has shocked many, especially his co-stars and friends. Actress Delnaaz Irani, who recently worked with him, spoke to the Times of India and expressed her disbelief. "I just got to know from a friend that Vikas is no more. It is extremely shocking and sad. I have known Vikas since 2008 when we did a dance show together titled Zara Nachke Dikha. We weren't in regular touch with each other after the show," said the actress.

Vikas Sethi will always be remembered for his roles in some of the most beloved TV serials of the 2000s. His passing is a big loss for the television industry, and he will be deeply missed.
