Artsakh to revive as independent state - Frank Pallone

ArmInfo. Artsakh will return as an independent state and will be part of Armenia. This was stated by the co-chair of the Armenian Caucus of the US Congress Frank Pallone in his message dedicated to Artsakh Independence Day.
As reported by the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), Pallone emphasized the urgent need for international guarantees of the right of return of Armenians forcibly displaced from Artsakh, condemning the ethnic cleansing committed by Azerbaijan. He also called for sanctions against Aliyev and urged the United States to stop military assistance to Azerbaijan, while supporting Armenia's defense agenda.
