Citroën India Expands Reach: 15 New Showrooms and 7 Workshops Added, Targeting 200 Touchpoints by Year-End

Citroën India has significantly expanded its network across India, adding 15 new showrooms and 7 workshops. This brings the total number of touchpoints to 145, demonstrating the brand’s commitment to enhancing customer accessibility and service.

The latest showrooms have been inaugurated in key locations, including Jodhpur, Ranchi, Jalandhar, Hisar, Indore, Delhi, Karimnagar, Salem, Bangalore, Malapuram, Belgaum, Nanded, Sangli, Thanjavur, and Kundli. New workshops have also been established in Jodhpur, Ranchi, Jalandhar, Hisar, Indore, Salem, and Bangalore. This growth is part of Citroën’s Network Expansion Program (NEP), launched in March 2024, with the ambitious goal of reaching 200 sales and service touchpoints by the end of the year.

Shishir Mishra, Brand Director, Citroën India, stated, “With this latest phase of our network expansion, we are making significant strides in enhancing accessibility and convenience for our customers across India. Our goal is to ensure that a Citroën touchpoint is within 100 kms of every customer, providing them with exceptional service and support wherever they are. This ambitious network growth reflects our deep commitment to meeting the diverse needs of the Indian market and reinforces our long-term vision for Citroën in India.”

Aftersales Network Expansion

Citroën’s L’Atelier Citroën aftersales network is also expanding rapidly. By the end of the year, the network will increase to 100 service centers, providing customers with premium service and support. The brand aims to further expand this network to 150 service centers by 2025.

Stellantis Brand House

Citroën currently operates 25 Stellantis Brand House (SBH) facilities, offering a wide range of SUVs under one roof. The latest SBH facility was inaugurated in July 2024 in Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra. This extensive network underscores Citroën’s dedication to providing a comprehensive, customer-focused service experience.
