Russia has consistently expressed its interest in seeing this happen as soon as possible. We have done virtually everything to facilitate this process. Our commitment to continue assisting Armenian and Azerbaijani partners was reaffirmed personally by the President of the Russian Federation, Zakharova said during a briefing.
