Napoli reportedly pushing for Neres as club director holds talks with agent

Napoli are looking to finalise the signing of David Neres from Benfica as quickly as possible.

According to Corriere dello Sport, a meeting is set to take place in Rome between the agents of the Brazilian winger and Napoli’s representatives.

Sporting Director Maurizio Manna is leading the negotiations on behalf of the Italian club.

“The player has already given his approval to the move,” a source close to the negotiations told Corriere dello Sport.
