Armenia to co-operate with EEU countries in weather forecasting

YEREVAN, 8 August. /ARKA/. The Armenian government on Thursday approved the signing of an agreement on administrative cooperation in the field of weather forecasting and meteorological services with the authorised bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states./pp

The main goal of the agreement is to exchange and freely access relevant information related to weather forecasting and meteorological services./pp/pp

This is expected to improve the level of reliability of information exchange between the parties to the agreement (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation) and contribute to better information exchange./pp

The agreement also establishes procedures for the location, exchange and provision of information between the parties and hydrometeorological services, and strengthens administrative co-operation.-0-/pp nbsp;/p
