On August 6, Dipika celebrated her birthday and like every year Shoaib went all out to make it special for his lady love. In fact, Dipika's father-in-law planned a special surprise for his bahu.

In the new Vlog, Dipika Kakar revealed how her father-in-law planned something special over five days to set the countdown for her birthday. In the video, she reveals that on August 1, she got special gift from her father-in-law. It was a pack of cupcakes that said five days to go. She said that she was quite overwhelmed and surprised and also mentioned that it meant a lot to her. Next, he gave her roses and a box that had four pieces of baklava as only four days were left for her birthday. She got quite emotional and mentioned that the surprise was much bigger and special even in comparison to the Dubai trip that Shoaib had planned for her earlier. She added that she felt very blessed to be a part of Shoaib Ibrahim's family. When only three days were left for her birthday, her father-in-law gave her Golgappe surprise. He sweetly mentioned that since she likes it a lot, he got it for her. Then the actress received many gifts including a dress, earrings and more. But the most special was right before the birthday when she received an instruction card and a message stating that she has been order to attend a 90 minutes relaxing spa session. The video that has been shared has 'Ladli bahu' written on it.
