Armenia's copper concentrate production up 15% in the first half of the year

YEREVAN, 7 August. /ARKA/. Armenia's copper concentrate production increased by 15% in January-June 2024 to 144,630 tonnes compared to the same period last year, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).nbsp;/pp

At the same time, production of zinc concentrate increased by 20.8% to 5,386 tonnes, while production of molybdenum concentrate dropped by 25.2% to 7,922 tonnes./pp/pp

Also, some 2,254 tonnes of ferromolybdenum was produced during the reporting period, down 49.2% from the six months of 2023. -0-/p
