As per a video shared by news agency ANI, John Cena who is promoting Jackpot was asked about his meeting with Shah Rukh Khan at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding. To this, John Cena happily answered stating that was our Bollywood star who managed to change his life. He said that heheard Shah Rukh Khan's Ted Talk when he was in a certain phase of his life and his words managed to inspire him. He added that his words changed him and since then he is able to recognise 'jackpots' in life and he is quite grateful for it. He also added, "It was just such an emotional moment to be able to shake a person's hand that affects your life so drastically and tell them specifically what they did. He was amazing. He couldn't have been more empathetic and kind and sharing. It really was wonderful."

As he attended Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding, John Cena made a post on social media calling it a surreal moment. He also penned about Shah Rukh Khan and mentioned that it was great to meet the King and tell him about the impact he has had on his life.
