Preparation of report by NA commission probe into circumstances of  44-day war at final stage

ArmInfo. The preparation of the report of the investigative commission of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia to study the circumstances of the 44-day war has reached the final stage. This was announced on July 31, summing up the work of the parliamentary commission on defense and security carried out during the 7th session of the NA of the eighth convocation, by the chairman of the commission Andranik Kocharyan.

According to him, a huge amount of work has been done, and it can be said that the report is 90% complete. However, Kocharyan did not specify when exactly the document will be published.

The commission to investigate the circumstances of the war unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 27, 2020 was created in February 2022. It has been working for about a year and a half, the members of the commission have studied dozens of hours of video recordings, classified documents, heard dozens of invited officials, including RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
