Isaksen considered by Lazio, but Lotito finds offers unsatisfactory
Gustav Isaksen might be on his way out of Lazio in this transfer window. According to a report by *Il Messaggero*, despite coach Baroni’s defence of the player in a press conference, Isaksen is not considered indispensable, and he has not shined during the training retreat.
Both Fenerbahce and Feyenoord have shown interest in the Danish player. However, the right offer has yet to arrive to convince club president Claudio Lotito to part ways with Isaksen.
“Isaksen did not impress in the training camp,” revealed *Il Messaggero*. This suggests that the player could be available for a move if the conditions are right.
Meanwhile, coach Baroni emphasised that “every player must prove their worth” during his recent media interaction. Nonetheless, sources within the club suggest that the departure of Isaksen is a real possibility if the financial terms meet Lazio’s expectations.
Transfer speculation is rife, and the coming days should clarify whether one of these clubs will put forward an acceptable bid to secure the services of the 22-year-old winger.
