2025 KTM 390 Adventure Spied
The eagerly awaited 2025 KTM 390 Adventure has been spotted undergoing testing, hinting at a nearing launch. The most striking change is the aggressive, half-fairing design inspired by rally bikes. A tall windscreen and a Dakar-style mudguard further emphasize the 390 Adventure’s off-road prowess. This is a significant departure from the current model, offering a more dirt-focused aesthetic.
Power Boost and Tech Upgrade
The 2025 390 Adventure is expected to pack a punch with the new 399cc, liquid-cooled LC4c engine that debuted on the 2024 Duke. This bump in displacement translates to 45.3bhp and 39Nm of peak torque, promising a more thrilling ride. The engine will likely be paired with a familiar six-speed gearbox.
KTM equips the new 390 Adventure with a rally-inspired, high-mounted color TFT display, similar to the one seen on the latest Duke. This rider-centric instrument cluster should offer excellent visibility and functionality.
Enhanced Capability for Every Adventure
The 2025 iteration is expected to boast a strengthened trellis frame for improved handling and durability on challenging terrain. Additionally, longer-travel suspension will provide better off-road capability, soaking up bumps and jumps with ease.
Catering to Diverse Riders
KTM might offer two versions of the 390 Adventure in 2025: a tourer and an enduro. The tourer will likely feature 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked wheels, ideal for long-distance journeys. The enduro variant, on the other hand, is expected to come with a more aggressive 21/17-inch wheel combination, better suited for tackling tougher trails.
Market & Launch
The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure is expected to lock horns with rivals like the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and the BMW G 310 GS. With a possible debut at EICMA 2024 in November, Indian riders can expect the motorcycle to hit showrooms in early 2025.
