Kiara Advani reveals a strong reason to join male led films

In an interview with Film Companion, Kiara Advani stated that while she really wants to do a film where she can carry the entire film on her shoulders, it's also really important for her to be a part of films like Hrithik Roshan starrer War 2 and Ranveer Singh's Don 3. Explaining her reason behind doing such films, the actress mentions how it is important that her voice needs to be heard and her role needs to make an impact even in such films. The actress also states that she has never been too bothered about the screen space and how for her, the quality of a role is what matters the most.

Citing an example of Shershaah, Kiara remembers how when she agreed to the Sidharth Malhotra starrer, many people questioned her decision. Kiara reveals that everyone was like the movie is about Captain Vikram Batra and what will she contribute to such a film, but the fact that her role did make a mark on people's hearts proves that even in films with less screen time, you can make a name for yourself if you have the talent and dedication towards your craft.
