The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode starts with Sanjay telling Dadisa that they need to focus on Charu's wedding instead of Ruhi and Armaan (Rohit Purohit). Dadisa states that Charu's stubborn nature will automatically calm down once Abhira leaves the house forever, as she is the real reason behind all the turmoil. On the other hand, Abhira is packing all her stuff, while Armaan wants to tell Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) how he and Ruhi loved each other in the past. However, before Armaan can tell this to Abhira, Dadisa calls Abhira and Armaan into the living room. Dadisa informs them that their divorce has been finalized and Abhira can now leave their home immediately.
Abhira states that she will leave the house right now, however, Madhav stops her and requests her to leave the next morning as it's unsafe for her to go out of the house at this late hour. Dadisa stoops low and tells Armaan to remove the mangalsutra from Abhira's neck. Fumed by this, Abhira tells Armaan that he should also wipe off her sindoor. On the other hand, Armaan is in extreme guilt about how he behaved with Abhira by breaking her mangalsutra. He thinks that if he was unable to handle a short-term wedding, how will he manage a lifetime commitment with Ruhi? It would be interesting to see if Armaan will develop cold feet and run away from his wedding with Ruhi.
