Confirmed! Pandya Store to go OFF AIR
According to a report on Filmibeat, the Rohit Chandel, Priyanshi Yadav starrer TV show is going off the air later this month. Shabaaz Abdullah Badi, aka Bhaven, has confirmed the above news to the media portal. He states that the news of the show going off air came as a surprise to everyone as the show just took a leap of 5 years, and the cast and crew were excited for the upcoming story. However, they were informed recently that the show is going off air by later this month. Shabaaz also mentioned that he is disheartened to say the least as nobody from the cast was expecting the news. He also blamed IPL 2024 to be the reason behind the ending of Pandya Store. Pandya Store has always enjoyed a decent amount of TRPs and has often been among the top 5 performing shows in TRP. However, the actor states that due to IPL 2024, the TRPs of the show were affected severely, and that can be one of the reasons why the channel decided to end the show. As Ankit Gupta's new show will start airing from May 27, 2024, the last episode of Pandya Store will most likely be aired on May 26, 2024 (Sunday).

It does seem that the decision to axe Pandya Store has been taken by the channel at the end moment. If the channel would have informed the makers of Pandya Store about the show being axed beforehand, the team would have certainly not introduced a 5-year leap and new actors. Along with Pandya Store, the channel has also axed Sai Ketan Rao and Ardija Roy starrer Imlie.
