Samridhii Shukla's co star Shruti Ulfat is a BIG fitness freak

In an interview with TOI, Shruti Ulfat stated that she is a big fitness freak. She mentioned how her dad and sister have always been athletes and that she has always been very focused towards a healthy lifestyle. She mentioned how when she was in school, there was no culture of the gym, and hence she always used to do some sort of exercise to maintain a healthy body. She joined the gym once she moved to Mumbai and since then has been dedicated to doing her gym, walks, and runs regularly. She also stated that her fitness trainer is like a guruji to her, and he often adjusts her timings according to Shruti's shooting schedules as she visits the gym as per her call times. She admits that there are times, especially during summer, where you feel exhausted and find it hard to visit the gym, but despite that, she makes sure to do her required exercises.
