In an interview with TV Times, Gaurav Khanna's wife, Akanksha Chamola, was asked if she has ever felt jealous seeing Gaurav romancing Rupali on screen. Akanksha stated that she has never felt even an ounce of jealousy. Gaurav, who was also present with Akanksha, stated that his wife is the one who gives input and insights whenever there's a romantic scene. He mentions that Akanksha is the one who tells him how to be more focused, specifically in the romantic scenes, and how he should have held the hand for a little longer. Akanksha then adds that as she loves to read books, she is a big shipper and admirer of romance, which are described in books, and those romances are more beautiful and intense than when shown in TV and films.

Gaurav and Akanksha were also recently asked if they are thinking about embracing parenthood. The couple states that as of now, there's no plan and both of them have no pressure from their family as well to welcome a child. However, Aadhya tears the recipe book in which Anu has listed the names of ingredients whose names she is unable to recall in English.
