RoC helped I-Core boss to raise money?

CID sleuths investigating the I-Core group fraud is likely to knock on the doors of the Registrar of Companies (RoC) to ascertain how its owner Anukul Maiti managed to get the RoC nod to mortgage three of his group companies in order to raise money in 2012. Sleuths also want to know if an RoC official, now posted in Delhi, was instrumental in granting them this crucial permission.
