ROC Honorary President: IOC Chief to Allow Russian Team Compete in Olympics

Honorary President of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) Leonid Tyagachev said Thursday that he does not believe that the International Olympic Committee (IOC) chief will ban the entire Russian team from 2016 Rio Olympics.
