Rwandan security forces accused of detaining 'undesirables'

KIGALI, Rwanda (AP) — Members of Rwanda's security forces are arresting beggars, street children, sex workers and other "undesirables" who are arbitrarily detained in centers described as harsh and inhuman, Human Rights Watch said Thursday.
