Insurance commissioner says she has no conflict in merger

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Connecticut Insurance Commissioner Katharine Wade contends she has no conflict of interest that would prevent her from overseeing a proposed merger between Anthem Inc. and Bloomfield-based Cigna.
