Cardinal Dolan lobbies Albany for prison reform, higher wage

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Cardinal Timothy Dolan has met with Gov. Andrew Cuomo and other top state leaders during a trip to Albany to push for prison reform, a higher minimum wage and an education tax credit for private school tuition.

Dolan says he opposes legislation that would allow terminally ill people to request life-ending drugs from their physician.
