Giovinco has goal and assist; Toronto FC beats Red Bulls 2-0

HARRISON, New Jersey - Sebastian Giovinco scored on a penalty kick and had an assist in the second half, and Toronto FC beat the New York Red Bulls 2-0 on Sunday in the MLS season openers for both teams.
