Bills owner credits Kathryn Smith for earning her promotion

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Buffalo Bills co-owner Kim Pegula congratulated Kathryn Smith for becoming the NFL's first full-time female assistant coach by saying she earned the promotion.
