Good News: You Need To Find Out What 29 Ships Are Bringing To Lagos

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) have stated that twenty nine ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive Apapa and Tin-Can Island Ports in Lagos from January 21 to February 5, 2016.

According to Shipping Position, a publication of the NPA, among other items contained on the ships include bulk sugar, steel products, petrol and base oil, buck wheat, general cargoes, among others.

The NPA document also stated that 16 other ships are at the ports discharging buck wheat, general cargoes, bulk charcoal, bulk rice and petrol, while nine ships had arrived with petroleum products and frozen fish.

Meanwhile, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has denied the widespread rumour

The rumour of the supposed plane crash broke few hours ago and triggered anxiety while the unfounded report has so far become a point of discussion on the social media.

A source from NEMA who spoke with Naij.com dismissed the claim and reiterated that no plane crash occurred in the area.
