Minority institutions, their rights well 'protected' in India: Naqvi

As a huge debate on AMU and Jamia's 'minority character' rages on, Union minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said there was no threat to minority institutions in the country and that their rights are protected by the Constitution.
