DeWitt fire chief, recovery team leader to 'boat-sit' overnight

Take one jon boat, add a lifelong DeWitt resident and firefighter/EMT, place atop the Turkey Creek bridge south of DeWitt for 24 hours -- in late January -- and hope the weather is nice.
