Start SMS facility for emergency purposes, urge specially-abled kids

The hearing and speech impaired children of Seth Anandi Lal Poddar Senior Secondary School while raising concern for traffic safety on Wednesday suggested starting SMS facility to call up police, ambulance or fire brigade in case of emergency.
