Dibrugarh Hanumanbax Surajmall Kanoi College to host Dibrugarh University fest from today

The Dibrugarh Hanumanbax Surajmall Kanoi (DHSK) College, Dibrugarh, will host the Dibrugarh University (DU) inter-college youth festival, 2016, from Thursday.
