Rohith Vemula suicide: 'With no response, Rohith was slipping into depression'

Waiting in vain for seven long months for his scholarship money, Rohith Vemula, 26, was slipping into depression every single day, says his friend Ch Ramji, whose name cropped up in his suicide note.
