Bed for Chintan: HC asks state to present its side

The Bombay high court on Wednesday directed a public prosecutor to take instructions from the jail authorities and make submissions on Thursday on a plea made by arrested artist Chintan Upadhyay who wants a bed in jail for his “bad back”.
