Wisconsin rep plans legislation after taunting controversy

MILWAUKEE - A Wisconsin lawmaker and the head of the state's high school athletics association plan to meet following guidelines instructing administrators to step in if fans boo or jeer rivals with chants such as "air ball" or "season's over."
