House GOP subpoenas Treasury's Lew on 'Obamacare' papers

WASHINGTON (AP) — Two top House Republicans have subpoenaed Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew, seeking documents involving payments to insurance companies to lower out-of-pocket costs for some people enrolled under the Affordable Care Act.
