Impact of acquisitions: Civinity has grown by a third over the last 12 months

​As at 30 June 2026, the Civinity Group’s pro forma revenue base for the last 12 months stood at EUR 121.3 million. This represents an increase of 31.4 per cent compared with a year ago, when the 12-month pro forma revenue base, calculated using the same methodology, stood at EUR 92.3 million. The main driver of this change was the completion of the acquisition of the Croatian lift group Metus.
