Hotel market in 2025: growth driven by the events calendar

​The Lithuanian hotel market grew by around 5% last year compared to 2024, with occupancy and revenues largely supported by international sporting events. For this reason, last year’s market conditions were particularly favourable for the Urbihop hotel managed by Darnu Group: the SEB Arena-based hotel, with a strong focus on sports tourism, significantly outperformed the market average in 2025, with revenues rising by almost 14% year on year.
