Darnu Group's Sakai is a strong contender for the title of the most sustainable residential real estate project in the Baltics

Sakai neighbourhood, developed by real estate company Darnu Group, is on track to become the first residential project in the Baltic States to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating for new construction. This is one of the top tiers in the BREEAM rating system, signifying a building's minimal environmental impact. At present, no other residential real estate project in the Baltics has achieved such a high rating.
