New service available in the eGov mobile app

Tengrinews.kz - The service for recognizing educational documents is now available in the eGov Mobile app. This will allow citizens to easily verify the authenticity of documents on secondary and post-secondary education directly from their mobile devices. Previously, the service was available on the eGov.kz portal, according to the press service of "National information technology."
Additionally, this service significantly simplifies the process of obtaining duplicates of lost documents and confirming the fact of receiving education abroad. As a result, users can quickly and conveniently issue a certificate recognizing the authenticity of previously obtained education, restore a lost document confirming the fact of its receipt, or validate foreign education.
To use the service, you need to:

Log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the "Services" section - "Education";
Select the desired service "Recognition of secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education documents";
Fill in the necessary fields, attach the required documents, and consent to the use of personal data;
Sign the application using Face ID/Touch ID.

Users can track the results and status of their application in the personal account of the app.
The service was launched in collaboration with the Committee of State Services of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry, "National information technology," and the Ministry of Education.
Reminder: previously, information about military service became available in the eGov mobile app.
