Uralsk residents were warned about anti-terrorist exercises
Tengrinews.kz - On October 31, movement of vehicles and people will be restricted in Uralsk, and exits from the city will be closed. The anti-terrorism operations headquarters warned about upcoming exercises.
According to the headquarters, planned anti-terrorism operational-tactical exercises will be held in Uralsk on October 31 under the Western Kazakhstan anti-terrorism operations headquarters.
"In this regard, there will be temporary restrictions on the movement of vehicles and people from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on October 31 in the area of Military Unit 5517 of the National Guard of Kazakhstan (6 Zhukova St.), Military Unit 99250 of the Ministry of Defense (1/6 Kokshetau St.), as well as along the road from the turnoff of the Uralsk-Samara highway (247th kilometer, exit from Uralsk) to the ‘Stepnoy’ dacha community in the direction of Makarovo village, Baiterek district,” the headquarters reported.
Residents of Uralsk are asked to plan their routes in advance, remain calm, and comply with lawful requests from law enforcement officers.
