A Kazakh woman named Nazym shared that some apps disappeared from her iPhone 12 Pro, running on iOS 16.2. After a couple of days, they returned.
Dina, an owner of an iPhone 15 Pro Max, experienced similar difficulties, noting that sometimes apps simply wouldn't load in the App Store.
"I don’t remember exactly when it started, but sometimes the App Store just won’t load, even though the internet is working perfectly," she said.
A user named Dulat also encountered issues with his iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 17.5.1. He shared that resetting the network settings helped him resolve the problem.
"After resetting the network, everything worked as it should. Before that, I couldn't figure out what was wrong: the internet seemed fine, but the App Store wasn't working," he explained.
The Kazakh also shared how to perform the reset. You need to go to "Settings," then "General," and find "Transfer or Reset iPhone." A "Prepare for New iPhone" screen will open, where you need to tap "Reset," then select "Reset Network Settings."
Many Kazakhs discussed the glitches on various platforms, including TikTok. One user posted a video sharing her difficulties.
