Tokayev addressed Kazakhstanis during the second Republican Forum
Tengrinews.kz - Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, during the second Republican Forum of Maslikhat Deputies of all levels, addressed the citizens of Kazakhstan, according to Akorda.
"I appeal to all compatriots: we must all remember that democracy is not a result but a process that requires active participation. It is the active participation of citizens that determines the development and viability of any successful democracy in the world. The well-being of every citizen and the fate of our homeland depend only on us. It is our collective duty to create a strong foundation for future generations so that our children and grandchildren can multiply our achievements," said President Tokayev.
The head of state emphasized that the future of the country is in the hands of the youth.
"I have said this many times. Everything we do is for their benefit. Therefore, we must all pay special attention to the health, education, and upbringing of children. The government is taking systematic measures in this direction: all necessary resources are being allocated, and the infrastructure is in place. Overall, we can say that this work is in full swing, but the tasks ahead are large, and there is still a lot of work to be done," concluded Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
