U.S. Reacts To Aliyev’s Claims

U.S. military assistance to Armenia and Azerbaijan cannot be used for “offensive purposes,” the State Department said on Tuesday, responding to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s allegations about U.S. arms supplies to Yerevan.
