Richemont vend YNAP à Mytheresa, et entre à son capital

Après les spéculations de la semaine dernière, Richemont a confirmé ce lundi "vendre" Yoox Net-A-Porter (YNAP) à Mytheresa... et s'offre un tiers du capital de la société dirigée par Michael Kliger.
